Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in selected locations. Additional COD charges may apply where applicable.

Delivery Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect address, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please:

  • Refuse the delivery if possible.

  • Take clear photos of the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International Shipping

Currently, Alphabett ships within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
